Holy Pesci Pilates

How cool is it that the same God who created mountains and oceans and galaxies looked at you and thought the world needed one of you, too?

Holy Pesci Pilates is a Christian-based studio featuring small-group mat Pilates classes; a core-focused, full-body workout to challenge your deepest abdominals and unused muscles. Expect strenuous movement to sculpt, build strength and enhance mobility. I will begin with prayer, the Bible will be open, and scripture will be read. This is an in-home private reformer studio (coming summer 2026) with traveling group mat locations. Christian/edifying music only. Expect biblical affirmations and/or a short devotional. Let's get sweaty, worship Jesus and celebrate His blessing of movement.
