Holy Pesci Pilates is a Christian-based studio featuring small-group mat Pilates classes; a core-focused, full-body workout to challenge your deepest abdominals and unused muscles. Expect strenuous movement to sculpt, build strength and enhance mobility. This is a traveling studio with multiple group mat locations.
Holy classes include a self-authored reflection piece on a Bible verse, prayer and Christian/edifying music only. A community for movement, fellowship and worship. Women-only classes.
